2012-02-20 (2012A-0056): 5 hrs used, 6 hrs lost (Weather)

Comment: Guider worked much more reliably this evening. We had loss 
of 2 mags due to clouds. After the clouds left, we had normal expected 
flux. Able to observe objects down to V ~ 22.8.
